- 2 leek sticks washed and cut into sticks
- 3-4 rounds of ginger
- 5 peppercorns
- 3.5 l water
- salt to taste

We slice the meat into suitable pieces, wash it in some water and boil it.
When the foam forms, pour the water and transfer it to the Crock-Pot slow cooker bowl.
Add the chopped leeks and the ginger slices.
Add salt and pepper to taste. I put a grated spoonful of salt.
Cover with a lid and set the bowl to "high" mode for 6 hours.
The soup is ready.
It is also prepared in a simple pot in 4 hours on low heat
