Boil eggs in salted water. After it has cooled or cut them in half, we put the yolk separately.
We make a composition for the filling from: egg yolk (crushed), tuna (drained from the juice), pickled cucumber and squeezed from the juice, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the egg halves with this composition. Garnish with pickled cucumber pieces.
