Not exactly raw-vegan recipes. but with which my generation grew up and I consider it obligatory to always remember!

Necessary ingredients

Everything is measured with a cup of tea

a cup of sugar (raw I used)

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 gr sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 450 gr fatty yogurt (I used 10% Greek yogurt)
  • 50 ml milk
  • 100 ml oil
  • 150 gr corn (grayed out)
  • 50 gr fine gray
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder.

Method of preparation

  • The cornmeal is mixed with semolina and baking powder.
  • Separate the eggs. Beat the yolks with the sugar and 50 ml of yogurt with the mixer until you get a thicker light yellow cream. If you want other flavors, in addition to vanilla, you can add a little grated lemon or orange peel.
  • Add the oil in a thin thread while you continue to mix. Add the rest of the yogurt and mix again for 1 minute. Add the milk and mix for a few seconds.
  • Add the cornmeal mixture in the rain, while mixing manually with the celery.
  • Beat the egg whites on the phone. Incorporate into the dough in three slices, mixing gently with the goal not to let. It will result in a frothy dough, which flows and self-levels.
  • Grease a 28 x 18 cm tray with butter. Pour the composition slowly into the tray from a short distance.
  • Place in the preheated oven at 170C for 40 minutes, until golden brown on top and the toothpick comes out clean in the center.
  • Allow to cool, then slice. Serve simple, powdered with sugar or with a fruit sauce, raspberries for example.

You can also add a simple chocolate sauce obtained by melting a milk chocolate, or a raspberry sauce obtained by boiling raspberries in water with sugar. The sauce can also be accompanied by some sweet cream.

  • 1 l milk
  • 300 g grated corn
  • 500 g of cottage cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (or butter)
  • 50 g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g telemea (optional)

Method of preparation:

In a cauldron or saucepan of about 3 l put the milk, margarine and salt. When the milk boils for the first time, sprinkle the cornmeal in the rain, stirring constantly so that no lumps form and after 5-6 minutes, turn off the heat.

Beat the yolks well and mix with cow cheese, baking powder and flour, then add everything to the composition of cornmeal which should be almost cold. Salt to taste or add another 100 g cheese race.

Add the beaten egg whites and pour the composition into the oven tray greased with oil and lined with flour. cocci alivanca in the preheated oven, at the right heat, for 45-50 minutes. When ready, cut it hot into pieces and serve with cream and sugar.

I can only say that since I discovered it, I have simply fallen in love irretrievably and not a week goes by that I don't do it even more recently, my friends keep me hooked, so that I don't forget the recipe, especially as now I also have a tray, special for corn, which I received as a gift from a friend, which belonged to her grandmother.
It is made in almost all areas, with yogurt, milk, leavened or not, as long as it is on the table, it is a culinary feast that can brilliantly replace white / wholemeal bread or whatever.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of corn flour
  • 300 + 50 g white wheat flour / for greasing
  • 50 g of yeast
  • 50 g sugar
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • 15-20 g of salt depending on taste
  • 1 l of water approximately

Step by step method

For the beginning, take the yeast and mix it with the salt and sugar until it softens, add 100 ml of lukewarm water and 3 tablespoons of white flour and mix them until you get a homogeneous composition and let the mayo form.

Put cornmeal in a bowl and pour 600 ml of hot water, mix well to absorb water and leave to cool, only well during this time the yeast will begin to leaven.

After the mayonnaise has risen, add the rest of the white flour, oil and hydrated corn flour, mix the two compositions and add more water to obtain a pancake-like composition, but thicker. Leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the composition lightly into a tray lined with oil and flour. Leave to rise for 15-20 minutes.

Put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees or until it catches a crust on top and starts to crack slightly.

In a bowl put the 50 g of flour and 100 ml of water, mix and pour over the hot cornmeal. Let it bake for another 10-12 minutes until it takes on a bread-like color.

Remove from the oven and cover with a kitchen towel until warm. We cut it and it's only good to serve. Simple isn't it? Good job and good appetite!
