A delicious soup that I always enjoy with pleasure.
- 500 gr minced pork
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 small potatoes or 1 larger one
- 1 piece celery
- 1 tablespoon rice
- ground black pepper
- 1 egg + 2 yolks
- 200 gr Greek yogurt
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Meatball soup with yogurt:
We clean and wash the vegetables. Finely chop the onion, carrot and celery into small cubes, pepper pepper into small cubes, potato into larger cubes. In a pot, boil it in enough water to cover the vegetables, except the potato. Mix in a bowl the minced meat with the washed rice, salt, pepper and whole egg. Boil the vegetables for 10 minutes, then add a little more water and when the liquid starts to boil, add in turn, the meatballs formed by hand. Boil for about 20 minutes until the meat and rice are cooked. Add salt, pepper to taste, top with water if needed. Beat the yogurt with the 2 yolks. Add the larch and season the soup with the mixture of yolks and sour cream, pour hot liquid over them, while mixing, then pour the mixture into the pot. We serve hot soup.
