Principles of the Rina 90 diet

The diet was created by an American athlete and is based on the exact combination of certain types of food to lose weight. The dissociation of foods according to macronutrients ensures easier digestion because the stomach receives only one type of food.

The Rina diet is a four-day diet plan. The first day is dedicated to protein, the second to starchy vegetables, the third to carbohydrates, and the fourth to consume only vitamins from fruits and vegetables (except for those on day 2).
