I have prepared this chocolate many times, I always put different flavors in it, and the final result was always surprising! Here are the figurines from now on, I have used these shapes in the past, but they are very beautiful, aren't they?
- 200 ml water
- 400 g sugar
- 100 gr. cocoa
- 200 g butter
- 500 g milk powder
- favorite essences / spices (mint and ginger, in my case)

Boil the water with the sugar until the syrup binds (the test is done by dripping a little syrup on a cold plate, and if the drops do not stretch, and remain round and beautiful, then it is ready).
Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix everything until the butter melts. The composition is divided into two: in the first part cocoa and 1 drop of peppermint essential oil are added, and in the second 1 teaspoon of ginger powder). The next step is to add powdered milk in both compositions, stirring constantly with a spatula, until the formation of two balls of sweet dough. Grease the forms with butter, then pour the chocolate in them (I made it harder and leveled it with a spoon). Let it cool for a few hours.
Before removing them from the molds (being made of tin), I heated the edges of the trays and their bottoms a little with hot water, to make sure that my figurines come out whole. And so it was!
