The dough for this dessert is the same as the one from the Gauffre recipe with caramel and bananas.


We caramelize the sugar and quench it with 100 ml of water. Let it cool.

Mix the eggs with a pinch of salt until they double in volume. Add the cooled sugar syrup, then the other ingredients. We will get a dough a little thicker than the pancakes.

Caramel sauce:

Walnut And Caramel Cake

1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, including the edges.

2. Mix the butter with powdered sugar and 150 g of flour until a soft dough is formed. Press the dough into the pan, then bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.

3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs and brown sugar for 3 minutes, or until thickened. Ingredient:

Method of preparation:

Mix flour, starch, baking soda and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl. Add water and mix well with a fork or fork.
