Beaten beans

Only after you throw the first water do you wash the beans? Well, how do you boil it dirty?

I've never heard of empty beans. In addition to putting various spices in it, the beaten beans are thinned with milk or juice in which the beans were boiled, and oil is added. It's not very complicated to make beaten beans, but what is written in your recipe is a joke. I wonder in the absurd case where you really cooked it, if you could eat it so empty, with nothing in it, and hard as magic.

Beans beaten without frying have no charm / taste. and so on Very good, you eat because your crazy people are fighting!

It must be boiled, cut, beaten, fried, hardened, put in a blender. But not the beans but this antigospodina!

Bravo Constanta! Beaten beans (or facaluita as they say in Dobrogea), without garlic, has no charm. Garlic and onion garnish with spices, gives it that taste that makes you can not stop eating. Yes, yes! With the frying pan! It doesn't sound threatening and enticing. We got used to making a mosquito stallion. Go to Transylvania, Maramures, to see how healthy the inhabitants of those areas are, "with peonies on their cheeks", although they always eat 10 cm thick "bacon", sausages, fries and quench them with brandy. And we, the others, who can no longer be afraid of fried foods, fats, e-mails, etc., are pale and weak, but we are "in trend". It is exaggerated. usual.

Is it laughter or crying? I think both!

You have no idea how to prepare beaten beans! I don't know why you publish such great culinary nonsense!

My dear, if you put salt in beans from the beginning, it is clear that you have never done it and you have no idea what you are talking about. If you put salt at first in the water in which the beans boil, you will have a bean in which you will break your teeth or you will ruin the goodness of the blender. For beans, always add salt after boiling. In fact, the rest of the recipe is very unclear. I know that beaten beans are made with garlic (it is also made with raw onions, but then it is called "bean caviar"). So, where is the garlic because if you don't put anything in it it has no taste. How much do you fry onions? Do you soften, brown or caramelize it? Please be more explicit with the details of the recipe, not for me because I have been making beaten beans for about 35 years, but for beginners (times).

Frying, how threatening it sounds! I know that beaten beans are made differently, but please, each with its own taste and recipe.

Recipe beaten beans with seasoned onion and broth & # 8211

1. Choose the bean from impurities and soak it the night before. The next day, drain it, rinse it with tap water, put it in a pan and cover it with cold water. At the same time we put the water to boil in another pot so that we have it ready hot when we change the water to the beans. From the moment the beans start to boil, leave it for about 5 minutes. Then we throw the water and put hot water on it. We do this operation again, then in the final water, we add celery, carrot, bay leaf and peppercorns. Let it simmer for about an hour and a half, until it softens. When the beans have boiled, drain them, remove the carrot, celery, bay leaf and peppercorns. We pass it with the vertical blender together with about half a cup of the water in which it boiled, so that it is not too dry.

2. Separately, in a large pan, heat the oil. Add sliced onions and let it harden. Put the broth (or tomato paste) and mix.

3. Add over the mashed beans half of the seasoned onion with the broth and crushed garlic. Mix well, over low heat, until the beans swell and mix. Taste the beans and season with salt and pepper.

4. Take the beans off the heat, put them in a bowl and place the rest of the hardened onions on top.

My daughter had an internship in Rep. Benin (Africa) for about 3 months, and one day she kneaded battered beans at work, and told a resident of Benin what she had to eat. and the black woman asks her and did you put garlic? did you put celery? . . a great coincidence, she also had the same dish and they were very similar. he also visited the villages in R Benin, and they made tuica just like us, and so there were 3, 4 tasted it, so with the glass next to the damigeana (I have pictures to convince you) Note: Good recipes presented here, I'm a man, and -I get very good food if you respect quantities, ingredients, times. my beef soup turned out great, my 2-year-old niece took the bowl and finished the last drops - I accidentally took tomato juice from the market with herbs. if it came out supeeer

Thanks a lot for the comment, I was pleasantly surprised, I read and reread it to my colleagues in the office and we enjoyed your appreciation together. Beaten beans with hardened onions

Beaten beans with hardened onions from: beans, onions, dill, garlic, oil, salt.

Ingredient:

  • 2 cups dry beans (about 1/2 kg)
  • 3-4 onions
  • 1 bunch of dried dill
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • salt

Method of preparation:

The beans are cleaned of impurities and broken or rotten (blackened) grains. Then put the grains in cold water to soften (several hours).

Boil the beans with an onion cut in half and a bouquet of dried dill. When the beans are cooked (peeled from the berries), remove the onion and dill, then remove the berries by straining the juice in which they boiled.

The juice is stored to thin the beaten beans. The boiled beans are passed through a strainer, obtaining a paste of puree consistency. If it is too thick, it is thinned with juice. Mix the crushed garlic as for the mujdei and the salt.

The paste obtained must be sufficiently fluid to be able to pour it into the plates.

Separately, fry the remaining onions in a pan with oil. Brown the onion and eventually add a pinch of paprika to color it.

Fry the onion and oil and pour it over the beans in the plates so that they cover the entire surface.

Serve cold with pickles, sauerkraut salad or crushed red onion by hand and salted.

His time has come I present to you the "impricinata" that I mentioned when we were talking about "Beans and the enchanted gadget": beans beaten with a lot of onions. Traditional dish from Romanian cuisine, tasty, filling and easy to make, beaten beans are perfect for fasting. And for the delight to be complete and to forget for sure that it is a fasting food, we serve the beaten beans with a sour salad. My favorite is the sauerkraut salad, with a little oil and pepper. On the next places come the gogoneles and / or pickled cauliflower, donuts and cucumbers.

As a preparation, it is a flower in the ear, only it takes some time. Time to soften and then boil the beans, but also for its bird, in case, like me, you have to deal only with a sieve and a wooden spoon. It keeps perfectly and, thus, after two or three weeks of fasting, you will be able to make once again, with much less torment, a delicious beaten beans. Aaaa, let's not forget! If you want, you can serve the beaten beans as an appetizer, at a buffet table: put it on small pieces of bread (fried or not) and garnish either with a "carillon" of hardened onions, or with a piece of donut or cucumber pickled.

ingredients
- dried beans 500 g
- onions 4-5 pcs. (300 g)
- 4 tablespoons sunflower oil
- garlic 1/2 capatana (20 g)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (100 g)
- salt pepper
