Whip up a batch of clover honey syrup for this fruity Caipirinha-inspired tipple.
- 5 Kumquats
- 1 half Lime, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 oz Leblon cachaça
- 1/2 oz Velvet falernum
- 1 oz Clover honey syrup
In a shaker, muddle the kumquats and lime.
Add remaining ingredients and ice and shake lightly.
Pour (unstrained) into a double Old Fashioned glass.
