Bacardí brand ambassador Jacob Briars created this drink as a joke, but it’s become a popular order, so he gets the last laugh. It is similar to the Corpse Reviver No. 2, but swaps Cointreau for blue curaçao.
- 3/4 oz London dry gin
- 3/4 oz Blue curaçao
- 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- Absinthe rinse
- Garnish: Lemon peel
Rinse a chilled coupe or Martini glass with absinthe and set aside.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice, and shake until chilled.
Fine-strain into the prepared glass, and garnish with a lemon peel.
