I was guided by Nadina's recipe, only I changed the quantities and reversed the bulbs and the color of the countertop. I was really thinking of calling it the "reverse cake".
- For dough:
- 4 eggs,
- 70g of white melted chocolate,
- 2 tablespoons flour,
- 2 tablespoons starch,
- a little salt,
- 1/2 baking powder.
- Ptr bombite:
- 250gr cow's cheese,
- 50gr coconut,
- 100gr melted milk chocolate,
- 50gr sugar,
- 50gr milk powder,
- 1 tablespoon cocoa,
- 3 yolks,
- 2 tablespoons starch.
- For glaze:
- 150gr milk chocolate,
- 1 tablespoon butter.
Preparation time: less than 90 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate cheesecake cake:
Beat the egg whites with salt and sugar. Add chocolate, starch, flour mixed with baking powder.
Ptr bombite: mix all the ingredients, prepare a tray lined with baking paper and greased with butter, place the balls spaced apart, then add the dough composition.
Put it in the hot oven for 45 minutes. When the cake is cooled, pour the icing (melted chocolate with butter) and sprinkle the grated white chocolate.

Even more beautiful pictures. Stop at every step to photograph everything. A "simple" recipe has between 100-300 pictures. From which I then choose the most beautiful. I edit them, I make 4 collages, I write the recipe. A recipe means about 2 days of work.

Carrot cake is a very popular dessert especially in the Nordic countries, but it is very suitable for growing children. It's a great way to give healthy little ones sweets.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, oil, eggs, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and whipped milk. Add the carrots, the coconut, the other sachet of vanilla sugar and the pineapple. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and then easily incorporate into the carrot mixture. Add the hazelnuts. Spread the mixture in a pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean from the dough. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, mix the butter, the other vanilla sachet and the powdered sugar in a bowl until a homogeneous and softer mixture is made.
The cheese mixture is added over the cake while it is still in the pan, then cut into pieces of the right size.
