I was guided by Nadina's recipe, only I changed the quantities and reversed the bulbs and the color of the countertop. I was really thinking of calling it the "reverse cake".

Looking back, I feel like crying. By the way, I am writing this article with tears in my eyes and, no matter how much I wish, I cannot be modest. I am proud of myself and my work. From sleepless nights doing documentaries, from thousands of written articles, from extraordinary campaigns with super-fir trees, from the fact that I learned to take pictures, to film, to edit video recipes. I learned social media, I adapted to all the changes online, I always tried to bring something new, I did events online and offline, I did 4 years of daily TV show. And all this time, I managed to be Luca's mother, not to forget that I am a woman, to answer your comments and questions… Where does the power come from? Where does the inspiration come from? Where do the words that sometimes sit alone on the sheet (this virtual, word sheet) come from?

From God. My grandfather. From him all the talent, all the understanding, all the words and ideas that flow, all the blessings. He understood me when no one understood me, He forgave me and what I can not forgive, He makes my day 30 hours to fit in it, He gives me a smile when I can no longer find it in me, He took care of us, EVERYTHING I have is HIM and everything we have is due to HIM.

Teo, do you never get tired? Yes. Daily. Sometimes I click and even need whole days to simply stay in bed. Teo, give us more recipes! I'll give you as much as I can. A recipe doesn't mean the 1-2 hours it takes to prepare it. NOT. It means shopping (sometimes at 2-3 stores to find everything you need for a recipe), arranging the ingredients in beautiful bowls. Even more beautiful pictures. Stop at every step to photograph everything. A "simple" recipe has between 100-300 pictures. From which I then choose the most beautiful. I edit them, I make 4 collages, I write the recipe. A recipe means about 2 days of work.

So yes, I promise I'll give you as many recipes as I can. Teo, when do you have time for everything? I do not have. But I tried very hard to make time for everything. Most of the time, the blog comes before me and my family. But I'm not complaining, I'm trying to do as much as possible and I will continue to do that, I promise! & # x2665

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the 11 years we spent together! I have no words to tell you how much it means to me to know that you are with me. If it weren't for you, all my work would be… in vainâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; MUCH!

Now let's talk about the recipe I'm proposing to you today, a kind of "Happy Birthday to me!" - Ora X Cake. Or at least that's its name from the recipe book I found it in many years ago. This is the name of the super-syrupy and chocolate cake that I bought as a child from the confectionery and that I prepare for you today, with the greatest loveâ & # x20AC; & # x2122; Here you can find the entire collection of homemade cakes!

Carrot cake is a very popular dessert especially in the Nordic countries, but it is very suitable for growing children. It's a great way to give healthy little ones sweets.

In a bowl, mix the sugar, oil, eggs, 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and whipped milk. Add the carrots, the coconut, the other sachet of vanilla sugar and the pineapple. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and then easily incorporate into the carrot mixture. Add the hazelnuts. Spread the mixture in a pan. Bake for 55 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean from the dough. Allow to cool. Meanwhile, mix the butter, the other vanilla sachet and the powdered sugar in a bowl until a homogeneous and softer mixture is made.

The cheese mixture is added over the cake while it is still in the pan, then cut into pieces of the right size.
